What do I need to do to prepare for my installation?

Please take some time to read through our pre-installation checklist to better prepare for your upcoming installation.

Pre-installation

Check your order confirmation and make sure you bring the necessary equipment (such as locking wheel nuts) to your appointment.
Check the garage exact location and the traveling time to make it to your appointment on time.
Bring your proof of purchase (blackcircles receipt received by email)

Installation Day

If you have less than 4 tires to install, please inform the garage and identify the tires to be replaced.
The installation process will take about an hour (once the work has started), the garage will be able to provide you with an estimated time and keep you informed.
The installation fees including balancing, new rubber valves and disposal of your old tires and any additional services required must be paid directly to the Mechanical Center upon your appointment.
If you would like to keep the tires that were removed, please inform the installer before the installation.

Once your tires have been installed

Please check your tires regularly to make sure the correct pressure is maintained (ideally, every 2 weeks).
If you notice any problems related to the installation of your tires, we recommend that you inform the mechanical center directly and inform you of the steps to take to rectify the situation..
