How to check tire delivery before the appointment?
Before installation, you can check the tire delivery status through our Garage Portal.
If the tires have arrived and everything is correct:
- Click “Confirm Reception”
This ensures smooth order processing and allows you to quickly flag any issues.
If there’s an issue:
- Click “Reception KO”
- Select the reason for the issue
- Click “Send” to notify us
