What happens after I placed my order?

At blackcircles.ca, we take care of our customers every step of the way; from tire selection to tire installation.

If you have us book your appintment with an installer:

1. Order Confirmation 

Your order details include your tire information, your payment details and a receipt. We will also send you a reminder with our contact information should you have some questions.

2. Garage Appointment Confirmation 

We will contact the garage to confirm the appointment and we will provide them with your vehicle and tire information for preparation before your installation.

3. Your Tires will be delivered to the garage

We will arrange for your tires to be delivered to the selected garage, in time for your appointment.

4. Appointment Reminder 

We will send you a reminder by email, one day prior to your appointment.
