How can I return or cancel my order?

Important notice! Please note that during the holiday season, due to the closure of our offices and distribution centres, returns will not be processed before January 6th. We will process your returns as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, you can cancel your order, even after the order has been paid for. Please be informed that if a tire has been used or installed it cannot be returned (whatever the cancellation reason is). Return fees up to $25 + Tax per item.
