Return and Refund Policy

At Blackcircles.ca (Solutions BKC Canada inc), we strive to offer simple and hassle-free service. Mistakes can happen, but don’t worry — you're covered by the Blackcircles.ca Advantage Plan.


1. Return Period

If the order you received does not meet your expectations, if you ordered the wrong size, or if you changed your mind, you may return it. Blackcircles.ca (Solutions BKC Canada inc) offers a 30-day return window from the order date.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product (tire, wheel, or accessory) must be new, unused, and undamaged.

  • The product must not have been installed or driven on.

  • The product must be properly packaged, ideally in the original packaging or according to our packaging instructions sent by email with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • You must obtain an RMA by contacting us via email. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

3. Return Fees

  • Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, unless stated otherwise.

  • These fees can be up to $25 + tax per item, depending on your location. The exact amount will be communicated when you request a return.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Before shipping: Free cancellation and full refund.

  • After shipping (in transit or received): Return fees apply (see 3. Return Fees.)

  • If delivery is refused: A partial refund will be issued (see refund guidelines below).


5. Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, where possible.

  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • No refund will be issued for mounting or balancing fees.

  • The product remains the customer’s responsibility until it is inspected and accepted by our team.


6. Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be issued if:

  • You received the wrong product and the error was caused by Blackcircles.ca.

  • The product is defective (see our warranty policy).

  • The product approved by Blackcircles.ca does not fit your vehicle and no warning or exclusion was previously stated. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the tires ordered are permitted in their region, for example in the case of studded tires.

Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The maximum processing time is 30 days.


7. Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or incomplete, please contact us immediately.

  • We will open an investigation with the carrier.

  • This process usually takes 5 to 7 business days, and up to 30 days in some cases.

  • Based on the outcome, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.


8. Damaged Products

Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • If the damage was caused during shipping, we will open a claim with the carrier. Keep all packaging materials.

    • If the carrier accepts responsibility, we will send a replacement of the same product. Refunds or product changes are not allowed.

  • If the damage occurred before shipping, we will review the photos and may schedule a product inspection.

    • If confirmed, a replacement will be issued.

  • If the damage occurred after you received the product, we will evaluate the case and may offer a partial refund.

  • If the damage was caused by the customer or the installation center, no refund will be granted, and the fitment guarantee will be void.
