They were courteous, the work was done well, and I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly.
Overall a great experience. This was our first time using Blackcircles and the installer - appreciated them taking the time to answer our questions for proceeding. Would recommend and use them again.
average. nothing special.
Auto-carts we’re very helpful and did a great job installing the tires.
On time and friendly
On time, on budget, friendly. Well done!
Great service
Excellent communication, clear process, perfect service.
I had an appointment for 10:00AM and the tire shop texted me like twice to remind me of the appointment. I was there by 9:55 but the technician came to work at 10:30. Hmmmm.....
The service provider was kind and finished job in a timely manner but did not include the TPMS sensors that I requested initially and I had to go back to their shop twice. I've spent a lot more time that I anticipated and overall I am satisfied but not pleased. First of all the supplier should include TPMS sensors with the purchase of almost $1,800 and second the service provider should check and ask whether I need them installed prior to installing the tires and rims.
tire change
Excellent service from Autocrats. Very understanding when I only dropped my summer wheels to get the new tires put on and it took a few days to get back and pick them up. Balancing on the tires great as well.
I had the install booked for 9am but nobody showed up until 9:30. To be fair, I did receive a text at 8:50 saying that they were running late, but I was already in the parking lot. The install itself was done fine and the staff were nice.
The installer was great and accommodating in getting an appointment booked after the tires arrived late.
The only young guy at the garage (Autocrats, 1403 Edmonton Trail) looked friendly, even though he tried to up-sell me new front brake pads and claimed that "they need to be replaced in days, no more than a week". As I service my own cars, I knew that's not true & brushed it away. No big deal. But two things soon after the tire installation really startled me. 1. One day about 2 weeks later, my child told me that he saw something in our driveway. Turned out to be a lug nut that fell from a front wheel with the new tire. Further check found two extra totally loose lug nuts on the same front wheel. If my child didn't notice that lug nut, we would most likely get into a terrible accident down the road soon. 2. Two months later, spring came and I decided to change winter tires to all-season ones. With wheels removed, I routinely checked & serviced the brakes at the same time. Astonished to notice that one of the two bolts holding the front brake caliper was gone! Only one bolt was holding that brake to the wheel. And that's exactly the brake the service guy told me "(pads) need to be replaced in days…." Removing that missing bolt is the quickest way to check brake pads. He either didn't put it back with proper torque, or didn't put it back at all. This is the scariest auto service experience I ever had.
Very fast and service and at the price quoted.
Friendly, informative, would use again as a regular mechanic.
They were excellent and very helpful
