It was fine. I knew the guy running things there as he used to work for a dealership in town and had always given me great service, as he did here. My issue was with the miscommunication between yourselves and the installer over what products were ordered and work was meant to be done. You didn't send the steel wheels at the same time as the tires, so my tires were put on my alloys as (according to them) the installers wasn't aware I had ordered steel wheels. Which didn't show up until half an hour after the winter tires were put on the alloys! I had to chase you to see where the tires were and you had to track them down. As a result, I had to go back a second time to the installer to get everything switched over.
Service was good, friendly, fast, just no invoice for installing the new tires.
