The tires were installed as requested, but Midas up-sold us to get a wheel alignment. They proceeded to do two wheel alignments, and the alignment progressively got worse and worse ... until they admitted that the machine may need calibration. Then I needed to go to another garage for a wheel alignment to fix the damage done.
I was the first appointment, so no delay
