The installer called the evening before the appointment asking if I could change time/day. I had waited two weeks for the appointment to be on a day off work so I had to rearrange my day in order to get the work done.
The service was slow. I had appointment at 9 and my tires were changed at 11. 2 hours for tire mount? Seriously! Terrible service!
It was good service. My only honest complaint was it just took a little longer. Most tire installations are quoted 45-90 minutes. The job took 120 minutes. other than that, it was great service.
The service was fast and professional, took about an hour.
