They apparently didn't respond to BlackCircle after a week, so I asked BlackCircle to ship the tires to me, and I'd find someone to do the install as I didn't want to wait any longer. My first experience with Black Circles a couple months ago was excellent, quick delivery and very responsive, so I don't hold your team accountable for a third party installer.
the installers tire machine was broken. I had to pick up the tires and take them to Kal Tire to have them installed
