Installation at Tunnex Automotive was done smoothly without issue. The tires arrived early and was able to get it installed early as well.

One of the front tire was inflated 4 lbs less than the other. 40 lbs on right. 36lbs on left. Rear tires were correct at45lbs

Your price is good without installation compared to most local vendors, because they all include installation in their pricing. With installation, it's about the same. In fact, one vendor 20 km away from me quoted me the same price with installation as yours without. I have a trusty mechanic who will install tires for me for cheap, so when I informed the "associate" installer Tunnex Auto Co Inc. that I just wanted to pick up the tires without installation, he started to hard sell me. When I was actually on site to pick up the tires, the staff basically gave me attitude and pointed to the tires in the back of the shop and said, "there're your tires", without giving me a hand to load the tires. I had to go around narrow aisle between car lifts/hoists with cars on them. I understand that as I was not going to give them any business, but they are very poor "assoicates" of your company.

They were on time, very professional, I will likely uses them again for other service.

Took longer - I think they had multiple bookings for the same time-slot. Did not have plastic bags to put the tires in.

It took a long time, 4 hours , for two tires. After the tires were installed the first time, 2 hours, I had to return because of a loud noise coming from my passenger tire. I was told that the weight was rubbing on the caliper. They had to redo the tire. Would never use this installer again. This is my second set of tires from black circle and if it wasn’t for installation day I would give 10/10 but both installations took most of the day. I make an appointment to plan my day and set time aside for the installation. Not to drop my car off and have it sit in the lot for an hour while they get to it.

Installer did good. I would have liked a little more communication as to how long it would take. Not sure if its in their job description but it also would have been nice of them to have scrubbed off the blue protective covering on the white walls. Overall though, they were good.
