It took way to long to install the tires, the appointment was supposed to start at 1:30 pm but it we had to wait until past 2 to get the car in. No phone call before us driving downtown telling us that they were backed up. The price quoted was not the price they charged us (higher since they had not changed their prices with you) but we ended up paying the quoted price after a long wait to speak with the owner.
