My only complaint is that you cannot wait for the tire installation. I have only one vehicle and "dropping it off" is not an option. Yes, it indicates that on the website if you look for it. It would be a lot easier if the fact that you cannot wait for the vehicle is in BOLD LETTERS so it can't be overlooked. Anyway, I had to get my tires back and go elsewhere simply because you folks don't schedule specific appointment times. I was very pleased with my tire purchase; just not the installation process
