Very good service from the installer.
Garage mounted tires and swapped all season wheels with new package purchased
They underinflated the tires even though the screen said in red letters that it was unsafe to drive at 28psi. Recommended is 42psi. They closed right when I received my car, so I had to white knuckle drive it to nearest air pump.
They put a big gash on my 22" rims. They said it's impossible to install low profile tires without scratching the rim. But these guys put the gash in the face of the rim (not the edges). The mechanic admitted that he did it. The owner asked me what I want. I said a discount. He looked at his mechanic and said it's coming out of your pay. They also destroyed one of my lock bolts before they realized the lock key was in my trunk. Awful awful service and a shit human for an owner who puts his employees in awkward situations. We paid full price and now I need to spend a couple hundred dollars refinishing the rim before I return my lease.
Did a good job putting tires on, but left with a tire pressure warning. Though they did reprogram the TPM sensors when I brought the car back for free, this should've been done immediately.
Vinny was very professional and efficient
Being able to have them installed is a huge plus for purchasing tires online. I like to do some of the work myself and so only had my new tires mounted and balanced (not installed on car). Easy drop-off and pick-up. Courteous and friendly. Put them on next day and everything's good.
