First I received a call stating that my car should have been dropped off in the morning even though I had a 1pm appointment. Found the gentleman to be rude and considered canceling but they had my tires. Then I was told I would have to pay for the installation and balance of my tires. That I had already paid for when I purchased the tires. And had he wouldn't listen to me about it. Eventually had to get my husband to call because he had recently purchased tires from you and had them installed at a different location. Also had to stand outside in the rain for am hour. Overall would never recommend this shop to anyone

Should have cleaned the rims, that would have made me pick 'very good'.
