Have used this installer both times I’ve purchased from Black Circles. Efficient and professional.
I purchased low profile tires, and your system came up with 3 shops available. I selected Speedy glass. On the day my tires were delivered I was notified Speedy does not do low profile installs, so I had to pick up my tires, leg them to a different shop and get them installed. Wasted time. You should have this data in your system to prevent this from happening.
The installer had a mixup and installed the wrong tires on my car and my rims were marked up and scratched. I had to return the next morning to have the correct tires installed. The next day, the owner of the shop was very nice and took the time to take me into the shop to explain the issues and to ensure that everything was done correctly and my rims were polished.
Professional, clean shop and it appeared many satisfied repeat customers were booking appointments during my tenure at the shop.
