Pierre's was a great experience.
Booked with Pierre’s automotive, they did the tire install and have done subsequent mechanical work for me.

I got the impression that they were expecting me to leave my car there for a long time, rather than the hour or so I have come to expect for a tire change appointment. We worked it out in the end. I also had to ASK about coming back for the lugs to be tightened. Usually that's mentioned at pick up time at other places. They were fast with that task, though. I was hoping for a new place to take my car for service, but, while pleasant enough, I kind of felt like I was intruding into their busy day with my tire change.
They intalled my winter tires the same day . The service was done quickly and good service .
