The tire installer charged me double the rate that blackcircles estimated. Blackcircles should go back to the model of collecting installation payment from the customer and then passing it on to installer to avoid gouging.

winter tires installed on my rims

Urban Automotive in Oakville installed the new winter tires onto my set of steel rims. The installer completed the task as soon as the tires were received at the shop.

They did the installation and balancing very professionally and the tires makes zero vibration. On top of that they did a complementary inspection of my vehicle and emailed me a detailed report of what they found.

Although installer was very friendly, i noticed that they had accessed the the maintenance reminder feature of the cars system. The following day, i was sent an email of all their recommended services. I didn't ask for this and specifically said no for an alignment with the new tire install. Although the installer did a great job on balancing low profile tires, i could have done without the "dealer ..your car needs" BS.
