I'm sure the installation included balancing... but I straight away noticed a vibration at around 80 km and always since the installation. I checked out the rims when I got home and noticed the same original balancing weights were in place, it was obvious they weren't removed and one of the rims had none... My car had never vibrated in the past and I've always done a winter tire change over every year, so unless these new tires are causing the vibration, which I don't think, I'm leaning more towards a poor installation.
Excellent customer service and quality of work. They were very busy so my 9AM appointment was only completed around 11AM
Had tires installed and balanced. Also had breaks done and oil change.
At first said tires not delivered but black circle said they were said misplaced them. Found them and installed on appointment day. Really no issue service completed on time. It was when I checked earlier that they couldn’t find the tires. All worked out
Brakes Plus was great! Local, and a short 2alk from my new home after moving to Orangeville. Great first experience and I was able to squeeze in an oil change as well. I'll mostly likely be going back for future needed car service.
