Tires fitted at AUTOBAHN TIRES OF PICKERING

Installer was great. Took the vehicle on time, no wait. Tires and rims haven't fallen off yet, so we are in good shape!

I received great service at Autobahn tires my car was taken into the shop promptly and my tires were installed in a timely fashion. I would reccomend this installer.

already let Blackcircles know but basically I purchased my tires and waited over a month for my appointment. On my appointment day, it was clear the tire installer was overwhelmed and basically told me that the install would take longer than necessary and did not offer any compensation or alternative date or time. They weren't interested in my business (it seemed) so I just took my tires and left and went to another tire chain (Kal Tire). This experience basically confirmed that Kal Tire sells the same tire for the same price and I could have saved myself some grief.

The installer was very busy and DID NOT a proper process in place to honour appointments. I had to fight to keep my place in the queue. If they are people you refer to me I will not order from you ever again. Not worth it.

My appointment was for 10:00 am. I sat for 45 minutes before they did my (1) tire. That's frustrating.

I had a pleasant experience talking with the employees while my tires and rims were put on. I really wish this could've been a 5 star experience but the encounter with the owner stirred my emotions so i have to be honest. I had an issue with the way my truck was lifted up and damaged and brought it up to the owner at the desk. She immediately claimed: 1) The damage was probably caused by me earlier 2) The damage was inevitable because the truck was heavy 3) The damage was because of rust She never took responsibility for my truck being lifted improperly, on a weak spot. That's all I wanted. I wouldn't even be writing this if it wasn't for her unprofessionalism. I fully appreciate the employee offering to pay for damages, but i declined because mistakes happen, its somewhat superficial, and I can fix it at my father's shop. The offer signified a genuinely good person at heart but these guys just don't have the right equipment to properly lift bigger vehicles. A failure by management and ownership. I will never use this installer again and suggest you remove them from your list immediately to retain your reputation.
