Niagara Tire and Battery in St.Catharines were very easy to deal with.
There was a disconnect between blackcircles and the installer with regards to documenting or confirming when the tires were delivered to the garage. They didnt get confirmation they had the tires, and blackcircles sent me an email the evening before my morning appointment telling me to reschedule. Fortunately I had already called the installer the day before to confirm my appointment time, and confirm they had the tires. The appointment time was different, and they did have the tires so I was glad I didnt have to reschedule. Took some extra time for them to reconcile this at the garage, but since I had the invoice with me, they were able to find the tires and fulfil my appointment.

Over charged for tire installation. 2 to 3 times more expensive than other shops in st catharines.
A little bit of confusion at first as to whether or not they actually had the tires, but once they found them, the installation was fast and professional. Very helpful and courteous staff.
Over the top amazing, plus they had a female working there which makes me as a girl feel so much more comfortable and understood. The guys there also where helpful too all the staff was over the top
