Appointment was confirmed by the garage for 8AM. I show up at 8AM only to find out I'm not even scheduled and the technician who was supposed to install my tires only comes in at 9:30AM. They ask if I can come back at 3PM. This was not an option for me as I had to take the morning off of work to have my new winter tires installed. I stand around for an hour watching the only tech on site complete his scheduled work. Finally the tech decides to squeeze me in. (It was not this techs responsibility to install my tires in the first place). Later on the tech who confirmed for 8AM and didn't schedule my install shows up at 9:30 and assists. The quality of work was good but very unorganised shop and complete disregard for my 8AM appointment in which they confirmed. The tires however are excellent and the price is unbeatable. Very happy with the tires, but not the installation centre I chose.
