Avant de commander sur votre site j'ai appelé le propriétaire garagiste, Robert, pour savoir combien et chargeait pour l'installation des pneus. Il m'a confirmé qu'en passant par votre site internet l'installation serait incluse puisque le site allait le payer et que de toute façon il chargeait un "prix de fou" pour l'installation de pneus, qu'il perderait tout ses clients s'il faisait payer l'installation à ses clients. Lors de mon rdv, il m'a dit que je devais acquitter la facture et j'ai dû payé son "prix de fou"qui en effet était beaucoup plus que les autres garages du coin. Je ne retournerai jamais chez ce garagiste qui en plus a essayé de me vendre des freins que je n'avais pas besoin. La prochaine fois je commanderai sur votre site et je ferai livrer chez moi.
Make you feel that you should have bought the tires from them. Told me I made a bad choice in selecting these tires. It’s is my 3rd experience buying tires this way and the reception as the garage is always the same, they would have preferred we bought the tires with them. Installation was great, on time but it’s rather the emotional experience
