installer could not confirm the actual time I had signed up for. signed up for 12pm during lunch time. 2 days prior needed to adjust my work schedule not ideal because they could not confirm that time installer had surprising prices (expensive) installer unhappy to get the job bad attitude decided to throw my old tires without asking me (i wanted to keep them) might ve charged me for recylcing installer found loose bolt on battery terminal, boosted the car and tightened the bolt for 35$ overall, the purchase experience was great. the option to connect with installer was also great, especially the only scheduling system (if it was actually enforced) next time, might need to actually check who the installer is and chose one that would have better service reviews installer confirmed he had my tires for two weeks waiting with no notice with no one mentioning maybe i can get a better installation date maybe he thought the tire were a Christmas gift and decided to keep them ... ?
The service was very quick, efficient and the garage was very friendly!
