I recently visited Steven Auto and Truck for a tire installation and wheel alignment, and the experience was extremely satisfactory from start to finish.
Excellent and they provided a ride to an appointment I had to make because the installation took longer than anticipated.
There was a slight issue getting in touch with the installer to confirm the booking, but other than that it went great.
quick and timely service
Rude owner. I complained of vibration after install. Didn’t want to look but did. Said they found steering column issue. Took to different mechanic. Steering fine, balancing was slightly off.
Very friendly and nice. However didn't inflate tires to spec.
