They assembled the tires on the wheels with tpms sensors and balance.

Everything was great, except they didn't balance the tires. They told me they don't balance trailer tires even though on your invoice it said it included balancing.
They were incredible. I would encourage you to run local Facebook campaigns in local markets in partnership with them. Blackcircles could have a significantly larger share of the market if you leverage local. I only knew about the company because I am from the UK.
