The 57th Baja 1000 2024, which kicks off this Friday, November 15, will test drivers' abilities in the rugged terrain of Baja California, starting and finishing in Ensenada. Known for its steep climbs and unpredictable desert roads, the iconic route is a true test of endurance. Qualifying on November 12 will determine the starting line-up for the higher classes such as Trophy Truck and Trophy Truck Spec.
In the Trophy Truck class, the competition is intense. Dakar Rally veteran Toby Price teams up with Paul Weel, in search of another victory after his Baja 500 win. Both are on BFGoodrich Baja T/A KR3 tires. Three-time Baja 1000 winner Luke McMillin returns with off-road legend Rob MacCachren, who will take over in his own #11 truck for Fastball Racing. In UTV, Cayden MacCachren attempts to continue his sweep after winning the San Felipe 250, Baja 500 and Baja 400.
