Get ready because this fall, the long-awaited sequel will finally make its debut… No, I’m not talking about the next Hollywood blockbuster, but about the Continental PremiumContact 7! To follow the popular ContiPremiumContact 6, the German manufacturer is preparing a new iteration of those tires for luxury sedans and sports cars. The best part is that they will be on the market in the next few months.
With their safety and performance-oriented design, the PremiumContact line has won over many enthusiasts. They’ll no doubt be happy to know that they won’t have to wait much longer to enjoy the next generation of this efficient model… and of course, all the latest Continental technologies!
A host of improvements
Unfortunately, the company didn’t give many details about the new iteration of the sports tube, but we do have something to look forward to. Continental promises an improved tire on all levels from comfort to handling to braking ability. Safety was by far the main priority in the design of the PremiumContact 7 and I can’t wait to try it…
According to the manufacturer, it’s Continental’s latest developments in design and technology that make such an update possible. What technologies? We don’t know yet. But we can get an idea by looking at its predecessor, the Premium Contact 6. Perhaps we’ll see a more efficient version of ContiSeal or ContiSilent comfort technology. In the spirit of ContiRe.Tex technology, we expect at least some use of recycled materials.
Waiting for the PremiumContact 7…
“But, Marc,” you might say, “I can’t wait a few months: I need tires now!” Don’t panic, dear reader, let me give you some suggestions of Continental tires available right now on Blackcircles.ca. Of course, the previous version, the ContiPremiumContact 6, is still available. To stay in the same niche, the brand new SportContact 7 are probably the sportiest tires offered by the company to date.
Let’s be honest, though, most of us don’t drive the kind of vehicle that’s appropriate for these kinds of tires! On a passenger car, you’ll probably appreciate the ProContact TX for its comfort and quietness. SUV and light truck owners may want to consider the 4X4Contact or the ContiTrac line. In any case, you can be sure of their excellent performance.
