With the Continental Tire warranty, the plan includes the 3 Year Flat Tire Change Roadside assistance, and various warranty coverages related to Road Hazard coverage, a Customer Satisfaction Trial and Tread Wear Out coverage, included as part of the mileage warranty.
Continental’s Customer Trial coverage, included in the Continental tire warranty, includes all passenger and light truck tires, which are eligible for the Limited Warranty and Adjustment Policy for a maximum of 72 months from the date of purchase. The policy allows for free replacement during the first 12 months from the date of purchase or the first 2/32 inches of wear.
For the 3 Year Flat Tire Change Roadside assistance feature, Continental Tire owners in Canada receive complimentary flat changes or towing of up to 250 kilometres free of charge—as long as you register your tires online after purchase (within 45 days). This coverage will give you peace of mind, and the warranty allows you to use this service three times in three years. If you have just purchased a new car with Continental tires, then your car sales invoice will work as your Continental tire warranty on new cars.
Continental Tire’s Road Hazard warranty is unique in the industry because all Continental branded tires purchased as replacements are eligible, meaning you will receive free comparable replacement tire(s) during the first 12 months after purchase, or until 2/32nds of tread wear—whichever happens first.
