The installer over torqued the lugnuts well beyond factory specification,and improperly inflated the tires as well.
Friendly, efficient service
They did an excellent job. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
the garage was expensive
Service was good, but my lower level of overall satisfaction is based upon two main things: First, your system had no way of tracking the delivery of tires to the installer. Because of this, I was unable to determine if I could arrange a sooner appointment for the install due to the uncertainty of delivery day. Also when I called BlackCircles to inquire, you representative was a bit rude on the phone when I was trying to ask about the tire delivery. The second issue is that you did not provide me the price of the install, which I understand is set by the installer themselves. However, as this price was significant, it reduced the "savings" I thought I had achieved by purchasing my tires through BlackCircles. After the steep install price, I think I would have been better off just going to KalTire. Overall I am not very impressed with my experience, would rate it a 6/10.
