Tires arrived in time, appt booking was easy. The installer had issues with their machine but called and advised right away. Ended up keeping the vehicle overnite as it was done too late in the day to pick it up. But they made sure that was ok with us! Took $$ off due to the inconvenience! Impressive!
I had dropped my car off the afternoon before my appointment so it would be there first thing in the morning and they called and said they were able to get the tires changed that day, it was a nice surprise to have it all ready a day sooner than expected. Great customer service
Aware and receptive, met us at our car after check in , took the rims we provided, showed us the tires and gave us a pick up time. Handled well!
