Did a great job and faster..
Called to tell installer tires were delayed and wouldn't be making appt. Person on phone told me they don't make appointments. Did a drop in after tires were delivered and they asked if I had appointment. After some discussion counter person stated they need appointments for blackcircle customers.
They are very polite and professional.
Installation was done well. I left my car in the morning and it was ready for pickup when I was available to do so. No issues. Everything went smoothly.
The tires seems well and good but the installer and shop staff rudely responded to my questions and they were not wearing face masks.There were 7 staff members congregating in the lobby for lengthy amount of time speaking loudly to each other and not social distancing while not wearing masks. I was unable to properly distance myself inside the lobby and I was very afraid for my health and safety.
