The tire pricing is good, but the experience would be better if it was all inclusive of installation, balancing, tire rotations and flat repairs to be on an equal level as most competition instead of having customers feel like they are being nickled and dimed.

I received pretty poor customer service at Speedy Auto Service. I only dealt with one employee there (the guy who runs the office), but he was a bit unpleasant with me from the start. Looked like he was basically mad that I was there and gave very curt answers to my questions. He said he needed my car for an hour which seemed pretty ridiculous since I was only getting 2 tires changed! Which tells me the lone tech that was working there wouldn’t be working on my car right at the start of my appointment time (by the time we had that part of the conversation it was a minute or two after the start of my appointment time and the tech was still working on another car). I ended up just leaving my two wheels because he said it would only take 30 minutes that way. When I picked up the tires, one of them had gobs of tire mounting lubricant all over it, and asked the guy if he had a rag or something to clean it up and he goes and gets some shop towel and hands it to me! Buddy, that’s not customer service, and your tech should know a lot better than to leave a mess which would have slung all over my car’s paint.

install 4 tires, went for breakfast came back job done.

Seamless and quick

It was very easy and had the car back about an hour later. I worried about getting an upsell but they just handed over the keys and that was it. I wasn't sure if there should be any paperwork (e.g. warranty-related) but we didn't receive any. We locked the car before giving the keys but it was not locked when we returned. We shut off the stereo but it was on when we returned; I'll assume that was an electrical glitch.
