Requested a brake inspection, they didn't inspect the rear brakes because they were drums (the only reason I requested the add-on service) but recommended roughly $4000 of work, including replacing the front brakes which had just been replaced. This was SACKVILLE AUTOPRO, lower Sackville, NS.

The installer refused to install my tires because it was a BMW and complained about getting orders from blackcircle. They didn’t tell me anything until I went to my appointment then had to scramble to get an appointment elsewhere

Excellent-Very busy shop and that usually means good work at a good price and it did. Clayton the owner takes pride in his shop and his employees.

I've previously had my vehicles serviced at this installer and was pleased to see them provided as an option, knowing they would provide service helped make my decision to purchase through black circles.

Someone reached out and let me know the chosen installer didn't mount 18 inch wheels, opted to go to dealer service center. Appreciated the call and offer to book elsewhere, however.

Unfortunately I was contacted by black circles two weeks prior to installation telling me the Steele wheels I had paid for were out of stock. While this was annoying they were quick to refund my money and I sourced my own installer and wheels in Halifax in short order. Yes the timing was unfortunate..however, my questions were answered professionally and promptly.

The installation went well however, it took a long time to complete. I was told the rims on my car are a new “uneven” style which makes them very difficult to put tires on.
