Fast easy website with fair price for tires. I very much like the fact installment can be booked at the same time as ordering tires are shipped directly to the garage.

Black circles gave an appointment time, however when I arrived to the installer they said they don’t do appointments for tires—that it’s first come, first served. Luckily, I took the day off from work to accommodate this but I would have been in a jam had I not.

Fast and did a retorque next day

Apparently the tires arrived but nobody at the installation garage in Bridgewater NS knew who they were for. There was a name (Barbara) that was the only identifying name on them but she worked at the Kentville NS installers garage so they sent the tires there. That was an hours drive to get there. I went there the next day to expedite things because the Bridgewater garage said I'd have to wait until possibly Thursday before they could get the tires back and then install them and they weren't sure when the tires would arrive so they didn't know if they could install them that day. Once I got to the Kentville garage, the installation went smoothly. The only thing the Bridgewater garage did right was my 4 wheel alignment.

Valley Tire in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia did the installation, and they were prompt, efficient, and not expensive. It was the first time I'd gone to them, but it won't be the last.

Unfortunately the original installer was closed temporarily and this caused quite a bit of trouble. However, Robert Duhamel did an incredible job getting things sorted out. What started off as horrible ended on a very positive note. I personally want to thank Robert for his patience and stellar professionalism.

Installer was very busy with customers needing winter tires installed, I should have decided on an earlier time of purchase. They hurried to get me in and out and was not comfortable with so many people in the waiting room-covid protocols.
