It was ok.
Installed wrong tires without checking the order. I went home and then realized all four tires were wrong ones, not the Altimax Arctic. I had to take the car back and get the right ones installed. Wasted 3 hours.
I purchased tires for 2 different cars and had them installed at 2 different garages (just for convenience). One garage looked at my brakes and let me know they needed to be changed, free of charge (or at least included in the tire rotation fee). The other garage wanted to charge me more money even though the tires were already off. Otherwise, both installers were great!
The waiting area was colder than outside, we are in fall and temperature is very low.
