They had some confusion as my tires arrived to them with another customer's rims. They assumed that my tires were for the other customer and mounted them on the wrong rims. This was corrected once I arrived at my scheduled service time.
Communication was not good. I did not receive a phone call or email telling me they were ready. Two weeks afterwards I called and they were sitting there ready. Installer seemed nice enough though and they were polite during pick up
