The installer was at first unfamiliar with the black circles value choice concept and was confused as to which tires I which tires I purchased. They instructed me to call black circles and that they didn’t have anything for me. It was only after a few minutes one of the employees seemed to understand and advised I could hang up with black circles. Additionally I had an appointment but they did not start installation for about 50 minutes and only because I followed up a few times. They said they had too many appointments booked. Once they started, they were fast. I would say overall the black circles concept is good but the execution at the installer level is lacking.
